Guaranteed Value

We guarantee value by providing the highest quality products and service at a fair price. We are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive.

New System Install
On top of manufacturer warranties, we guarantee our heating and cooling system installations for 3 years. If Homestead does your annual maintenance, then service and parts for any issues will be covered within that timeframe.

Quality Assurance
If we have to return to your home within 7 days to correct a repeat service or an installation problem, we will credit your account $50.

Automatic Delivery Guarantee
As an automatic delivery customer of Homestead, you will never run out of oil. If we miscalculate your oil delivery and you run out of oil, we will prime and start your heating system at no charge and credit you $50 if your account is in good standing.

We ask that you notify us of any lifestyle changes that would impact your oil usage. Homestead is not responsible for runouts due to increased usage compared to previous years. For example, a customer who stops burning wood or chooses not to go to Florida for the winter.

Fast Response Policy
When you call for after-hours emergencies, a service tech will contact you regarding your service issue within 30 minutes and will come out and fix the problem. If we don’t fulfill this promise, just let us know and we will credit your account $50.
