As the leaves fall and the temperatures start to drop, you know that soon you’ll need to turn on your heating system to keep your home cozy and comfortable for the winter. Before that first cold day, there are a few steps you should take to ensure your system is working.
We will:
Perform an 11-point oil heat tune-up: including, vacuuming the interior, replacing the oil cartridge and air filter, checking and testing safety controls, checking and adjusting fan belts, lubricating motors, inspecting oil tanks, and performing an efficient test for ultimate performance.
Perform an 18-point gas heat tune-up: including, checking voltage, lubricating all moving parts, checking, and adjusting belt tension, checking air filters (cleaning or replacing), cleaning and testing safety controls, checking gas pressure, vent piping, and leaks, cleaning gas burners, and checking the heat exchanger and condensate pump.
When it comes to heating installation, maintenance, or repair Homestead is here for you! Be ready for that first chilly winter day.
